Contact Form
When you use the contact form on this website, your browser opens your email client pre-filled with your message. No data is transmitted to our servers. The email is sent directly from your own email account.
SC Trading Guide — Email Capture
If you choose to receive the SC Trading Guide by email, we collect your email address solely to deliver the guide and, with your explicit consent, to send occasional updates about Swiss Circle. Your email is processed via SendGrid (see Third-Party Services). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with this website — including pages visited, time on site, and approximate geographic region. This data is collected via cookies set by Google. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google through this service. You can opt out by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Membership via Whop
If you subscribe using a credit or debit card, your payment and account data is collected and processed by Whop. We receive only the information necessary to grant Discord access (email address, subscription status). We do not store payment card data.
Membership via Subscord
If you subscribe using cryptocurrency, your wallet address and email are collected by Subscord to process payment and assign your Discord role. Their own privacy policy applies.
Discord
Our community is hosted on Discord. When you join, Discord's own Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your data within their platform.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies to collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, session duration, approximate location). We do not use Facebook Pixel or any advertising/retargeting technology.
Fonts used on this website are loaded from locally hosted files — no requests are made to external font services that could track your visit.
